and in the end, we found one seller for the same model and tested the set: it is working but the external appearances are dirty and full of scratches.
one consolation is that the second set is better than the first one as we found that the first one was just too noisy. it was not well taken care.
for the second set, the plug was faulty and hence it was not used for sometime.
