let it go


we have a jog this evening.
although our legs are tired and had cramps, we jogged the longest route.

now we are feeling much better, already.
unlike before,it was so pain that we could not think well.

we have thought too much.thought too far away.
we are lost by our thoughts.

free our minds,then it will free our heart.
let it go. treasure what we have.
