twelve kingdoms

hi friends, long time no see! how are you? how's your weekend? good, me too. time flies, and 10 years ago seemed like yesterday. you know something, yesterday i watch the japan anime, " twelve kingdoms".

there was a scene where Sai-O, queen of Sai spoke to Suzu, originally from modern japan, Horai who will be travelling Kei.
she suffered much since she has come to strange land, which did not spoke her language

They are parting ways and she gave Suzu travel pass and "credit card" for her journey to Kei from Sai. Suzu was from Horai and badly wanted to see Kei-O who was also from Horai.

Sai-O told Suzu,"Life itself is half fun and half tough." she went on,"We trying to forget all the pains, and that's make us happy."

well, she was right then. we have quite often forgotten what is life about. life itself is simple, i see there is no need to complicate things further. there are too many things we have do, to solve. we are making ourselves miserable by asking more things that we think it was necessary. actually, we needed materials things, but we are not satisfied. when we have them, we seek even more thing. that's human nature.

well, to tell the truth, we should be contented with what you have, and able to do more with less things at hand.

you see, we often chasing our shadows, or our "tails". forever, we are running and running round and round, sometimes, we lost ourselves in the process, and think life was just miserable. we see others are being happy and felt sorry for ourselves. the solution was to take a break under under the tree, and began to realize the things we thought we knew.

friend, we have gone through the bad patch, the darkest valley, and knew it was not good feelings. but we have to remind ourselves time and time again, just be yourselves.


you are not alone. all of us are trying to forget the pain and life will be easier. friend, if you keep on thinking of the bad things, it will follow you. so, in the meantime, have some fun. when work becomes play, it will be interesting. people around you will share with your joys and sorrows.
