our dearest colleague was being served with written warning letter for the work performances.
we called our colleague and was told that everything was alright.
but come Tuesday, everything changes and our colleague did not sign the letter.
it will be referred to HR and the director for the final outcome.
it is serious indeed.

god's ways are higher than our ways and we knew that it could not be explained.
the recent change in us is good which made us realized that we have been a fool those days.
now we are being free and glad that we have made the decision, whether it is right or wrong.

it is best to talk less, work more and complain less.
we learned the hard, cold truth and realize that we are fools.

It could be worse

Mother had a fall last Saturday and fortunately the new helper  was there to help her to the bed.
We have assumed that her buttock was the hardest area to be Hitt but 3 days later we found out that her left face was fracture and blood was found at her neck area.
She was alright, much to our relief.
We will monitor the progress.
