many things have happened recently.
colleagues have been leaving one by one, and soon the group is broken into pieces and from the things we have seen, it will become nothing in the end.
well, we have encouraged our colleague to take the leap as we have seen and heard from her that she has not been compensated for the efforts she has placed for the past year.
she did not have the share option after she has submitted.
and she has been working for 6 years and got minimum increments.
it is sad to see someone with us for the past few years and suddenly she is gone to other places.
soon, another colleague will be leaving.
