again, it had been a tough year in 2010.
we liked to proceed with the renovation of the our flat as the cost was cheaper then.
singapore just recovered from economy crisis in 2009 and things are not as expensive.
just when we started, the leaking problem became the biggest problem.
we have done all the procedures, and awaiting for our tenant above our floor to start doing her toilet.
we assumed it can be solved in a few weeks.
but little did we expect her to drag till 7 months later.
all our plans are ruined by this simple problem.
alas.
