remember the sixties?
where we have floods often and the monsoon drains would flood to knee-high level.
i recalled seeing one person mistaken the drain as a pavement and fell.
he was totally wet.
forty years later, we still see the same thing.
this time in orchard road.
it is like seeing our past.
